UTF-8 Traditional Chinese and BB Code
 

We have an English UTF-8 installation of vBulletin, but some forums have content in Traditional Chinese. If we enable BB code, it appears that the processing for BB code isn't seeing the content as UTF-8, and converting a few of the characters into junk, mistaking them fro BB code. Is this a bug in vBulletin or have I misconfigured something?
