Forum Plugins Disabled?
 

Hello,
I am having a problem. I have upgraded to the 4.0.1 suite version and on the product/plugin manager it says this:

Warning: Plugins are currently globally disabled via config.php.

Yet, when I search the includes/config.php file there is no command to disable the plugins.

This command is no where in the config.php file: define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Did something go wrong?
