Translation description modules
 

It is now sometimes not possible to translate the description of the modules.

I have changed the line in /boost/controlpanel.php
'description' => text;
in
'description' => dgettext(text);

for the modules:
phpwsbb, whatsnew, signup, photoalbum, phatform, skeleton, pagesmith,rideboard

The used text must be add to the po-files to make the translation complete, but that can be done later. When a text is missing in the po-file you get the same text.
