Forum vbulletin.css file missing?
 

I upgraded to 4.0.1 this morning so updated my installed theme over the old 4.0.0 theme, I edited the width of the forums without problem however when I went to centre the forums using the vbulletin.css file I couldn't find it under any themes.

I have checked the permissions and also clicked yes to store stylesheets as files however the css file has completely vanished.
