Forum Theme Won't Change
 

Hey guys. I can't get my theme/style to change on my forum at all. It's stuck with a black header and a blue body for the most part. I've tried using the standard theme, creating a theme, uploading a new theme, etc. Only the header will change but the body will always remain the standard color.

I don't know what to do at this point, so I'm relying on you guys to help. Thanks!
