Forum How To Backup?
 

I have a few questions regarding backups:

First, How do I create a backup?

Will backups save the current state of my site or will it just save my database info(tables)?

I'm running vbulletin suite 4.0.1, I have added several BBcodes, have several posts and have modified the templates to suit my site better. I dont want to lose any of my addons, plugins etc.
