Allow each user to do 180 searches per 60-minute period

Firstly, thank you for writing vBulletin. Secondly, a suggestion for letting users being able to search as much as they like:

If it's set to one search every 20 seconds, that's 3 searches per minute and 15 searches allowed every five minutes. Why not change the floodcheck to allow X number of searches every X minutes, instead of just allowing one search every X seconds.


The above was posted in a different thread In July 2009, but nobody from vBulletin Solutions Inc. has replied. I think that allowing, for example, 180 searches per 60-minute period would be great.
