New install question
 

I current have 3.8 on one server and want to install 4.0 on a new server. I am thinking I then move over the database, change the dns and I am good to go.

If this sounds good or not so good any feedback would be appreciated. I am looking for the easiest way to go from 3.8 to 4.0 and also switch hosts/servers.
