Workflow for successfully removing VB from website?
 

Hi,
I just successfully converted my VB forum to PHPBB3. Now, I need to move PHPBB3 and overwrite my VB.

What's the best way to successfully remove the copy of VB from the site? I'm trying to keep my directory nice and clean. Is it just a matter of deleting files within my FTP program?

I plan to use my license of VB on another website.
