Dates screwing up
 

Can anyone answer why this is occuring?

If a member posts today, it will show up the correct time and say posted today. However, on dates in the past, it is giving a screwed up year.Here is a screenshot of the problem at hand.

I was running 3.8.4 PL1 and am currently on PL2 now.
