Forum Forum permissions problems
 

I have set up a forum where members can only see there own threads/posts, however I have a couple of problems.

I would like regular users to be able to see any sticky posts I make within the section without being able to see any of my responses to other users.

Also my supermods are able to view every post in the forum even though like my testaccount they only have additional usergroup access, even when I added testaccount as a supermod the testaccount still couldn't see anyones posts or even the sticky I made at the top of my new forum, however existing supermods can see everything.

I hope that this makes some sort of sense to someone and they can help me set this up properly as I'm hitting a brick wall here.
