Wanting to buy a Vbulletin forum
 

Hello, I am deciding whether to go with vbulletin for buying a forum to be on a website I am making.

The website will consists of various different kinds of contents including...

1. DSLR Reviews/Discussion
2. Asian Dramas (Is it legal to upload the 700 mb files on to my forum page that I have paid to download from online?)

As for the integration of the forum on my website, how much will it cost? (the forum + on my website)

I don't know the legality issues so want to make sure before I purchase anything.
