Forum no style template after upgrade
 

I upgraded my forum in a test directory.

I had some initial trouble, but once I got to the upgrade point everything seemed to go smoothly, BUT....

Now when I got to the test forums it is as if there is no style template installed at all!

I have disabled all products and plugins.

Any assistance would be great!!!
