My customer information does not work?
 

I am an old customer, had my 3x license for years, and I have no intention of upgrading to 4x. My question is why my customer information logs me into the site (it says Welcome 'my name') but will not let me access the customer page. I need to redownload 3.8 so this is frustrating.
