mass email problem
 

I've sent out mass emails to members in the past but some do not receive them. However, the same members receive email notifications of new PM's or subscriptions/replies to threads.

I've checked and they have 'receive admin emails' ticked in their profile.

Does anyone know why they don't therefore receive the mass email?
