Usergroups enable html per usergroup
 

Reposting this suggestion, which got several positive responses.

There are some instances where I'd like to type out HTML on the forums and have it display properly but I definitely do not want to enable HTML for the entire forum so it would be nice if you could enable HTML per usergroup.
