Hello, new here. If anyone could be kind enough to help with two questions?

I downloaded a few mods for 4.0 that I would love to use on the forum I am building. I tried to add the "Yet another awards system" to my forum, but I must be missing a step. Here is what I did: unzipped download file folder, went to my FTP client and uploaded the /upload file to my /forum directory. I hope this makes sense as I am still learning.

Also, my "home" (or CMS page), is not on my actual home page of my registered domain. It is actually at (my domain name)/forums/forums.php Why is this?
