Hey Guys, first off I am entirely new to this import thing...I'm trying my best but I believe I am stuck.

I downloaded the database from the old website I am importing. phpBB 2...I think.

Since it was on a different server, I made a new database on the "new website's" server and uploaded the file I had downloaded from phpBB through phpMyAdmin.

The first problem I had when I tried to import was the table prefix on the old forum, which was nuke_bb.

After editing the ImpEx config file to reflect this, I tried again.

Altering tables

ImpEx will now Alter the tables in the vB database to include import id numbers. This is needed during the import process for maintaining references between the tables during an import. If you have large tables (i.e. lots of posts) this can take some time. They will also be left after the import if you need to link back to the original vB userid.

So my question I guess...is the reason for the previous tables not found a prefix issue...or an issue uploading the old databse...or?

The only thing I got to work as a result was the importing of User Groups...
