CMS Missing CMS Block in admin CP
 

For some reason the CMS bock in the Admin CP has dropped off and I cannot access the administration part of CMS anymore. I noticed at first there was some DB issues, then all of a sudden is disappeared. This was a clean install of 4.01, so the database was clean not too long ago.

I prefer not to redo another DB since I put some time into it. I did try upgrademain.php and upgradecore.php. is there anything else I can do to restore the tables and values?
