CMS Information, instead of articles
 

I am new to all this forum modding but i am trying to help out our admin so i dont know if this is possible or not. We are moving our site to a v bulletin. On our old site in the middle of the page we had information and a "picture of the month" that would fill the center area instead of articles. is there a way to do this on the home page/cms on v bulletin. i attached a screen shot of what i am talking about on our old site.
