Forum Users aren't able to post JUST an image
 

When users posts nothing but a pic wrapped in [img] tags, they get an error that they have to post at least 1 character. I know that a user is required to post something. In previous versions, a picture counted. It appparently doesnt now. Is that by design or a bug?
