CMS Non-functional CMS; Create New Article/Pencil do nothing
 

My Forums and Blog work fine, but my CMS is completely non-functional.

When I click on the "Create New Article" button, it does nothing at all. When mousing over the button, Firefox tells me it's trying to load "javascript:cmsAdd('18','contenttypeid','cms_a dd_f orm'), but when I click on it, it simply reloads the page without doing anything, and the address bar reads "http://URLHERE/content.php?r=/edit"

When I mouse over any of the sections, Firefox tells me it's trying to load "http://URLHERE/content.php?r=" but it does nothing.

(in the above, URLHERE is actually a valid URL)

When I click the Pencil next to the word "Home", it loads an error page that says "Page Not Found - Invalid route - The page that you have requested was not found."

I have verified that I have the proper permissions as an Administrator.

I have verified that my Sections and Categories are Published (insofar as I am aware). Screenshots of the settings are below in case something there is messed up.
