CMS When Posting Article at between 2400 and 2459 date sets to 1970/Default post date now
 

I'm having issue where, if I post an article today between 2400 and 2459 it sets the date to 01-01-1970, I have just replicated this over and over.

Also why does the default post date also set itself in advanced of the current time, is there some way to change this to always default to "now"?
