I am a new customer, when trying to do a brand new installation I am getting

"vBulletin 4.0.1 requires PHP version 5.2 or greater. Your PHP is version 5.1.6, please ask your host to upgrade"

However my hosting company is telling me

"Not sure why it’s giving you that message still. This is what I get from the server:
