Forum Main Sub Nav Link editing
 

How do I go about editing the navigation options on the 2nd tier of the main navigation? For example, under 'Forum' the links 'New Posts' Private Messages' etc are listed.

Is it possible to edit these without changing the template? If not, which template should I be editing?
