Notices Display Notice based on Extra Profile Fields
 

I would like to display notices to users based on Extra Profile Fields.

For example, I have a few fields related to location. I would like to display a nagging notice to remind them to fill out this information. Since I do not want to force them to fill it out at signup (to increase signup conversions), it would nice to display a notice requesting it once they are already a member.
