Forum vBulletin 4 clean install
 

Hello,

Is there a way to install a fresh clean copy of vBulletin 4 and transfer all the posts, forums, users, data from an older version 3.8.4 without using the upgrade script?

I am asking because my database seems to be messed up and only a clean copy would fix things.
