Links in emails and welcome page incorrect
 

Hi,

I have just installed vB and got it up and running. The main problem I am having though is in the links being sent out in emails (registration and reported posts) and on the welcome screen.

For arguments sake, say my url is http://www.example.com

The bad links are showing up as http://www.example.com//abc
as opposed to http://www.example.com/forum/abc

Can anyone help please? I know what the problem is, but not where I can fix it.

All help appreciated.
