Forum Reputation Power Problems after Upgrade

Upgraded to Latest Version from 3.8

Now got a problem for some reason the limit to rep power does not work anymore

i've put a cap for Reputation power to 50 however i can see people are still sending reputations higher then that with some people having a power of over 1500!

any one else had this problem or does anyone know the issue?
