Forum No sections bar
 

I am trying to create some CMS for my home page and I think I may have deleted something that is stopping me from generating a Section bar/header.

I am able to create categories but not sections.
originally there was a section title but since messing around i can no longer create one.

Please excuse incorrect terminology as I am a newbie to this.
