CMS Can't align titleimage in vB 4.0

For the life of me I can't center my "titleimage". I've created a new style, and went to the "common templates" and applied center="align" to various div element (as well as center="right" just to see if it will do anything), but nothing works. Here is the code in the Header section of the Common Templates page:
