Forum Advertising Tab Missing in 4.0.1 After Upgrade from 3.8.4 PL2
 

Hi, I have a separate test server that I'm testing 4.0.1 on. I duplicated my 3.8.4 PL2 installation from my production system and then upgraded it. I had to revert a couple of templates that could not be merged.

I should mention that I uninstalled all mods under 3.8.4 before performing the upgrade.

For some reason I have no advertising tab under the admincp.
