Friends list tweaked (mock up)
 

Another suggestions concerning the Friends list..

I personally don't like the vertical list.. i like better the horizontal list like this one (mock up)

You can see more friends on one page (you can easily fit 25+ friends) and no more right blank space. Also, the left sidebar Friends section should show Latest New Friends (order by befriend date)...
