Reply to thread default behavior could be improve
 

I'm not sure i like the behavior of the button "Reply to thread". If you double click on it, you get the advanced editor. If not, you get the quick reply editor. The hidden function is not very user friendly. + i like the 3.X behavior better.

I came up with this mock up on how i believe it could be tweaked to answer all of the above.

Let the user select the default behavior, and also, give i'm the option to choose, on the spot, the editor to open. The default behavior could be set for all on the Admin panel as a default but the user can change this value on the user control panel...

Also, there's no need to have a reply to thread button at the end... what's the use?
