Forum URL weirdness since vB 4.0.1
 

A few days ago when I had vBulletin 3.8.4 my users could type www.dumontnjforum.com and go to my front page. If they typed www.dumontnjforum.com/forums then went to my forums.

Now, with vBulletin 4.0.1 and you're not logged in if you type www.dumontnjforum.com you can't see the CMS/Front page you're taken to a log-in screen. I'd like everyone whether logged in or not to be able to view.

Now, if you type www.dumontnjforum.com/forums you go to the Home page NOT the forum page.
If you type www.dumontnjforum.com/forums/forum.php you go directly to the forums.

How did the forum.php get there. 2 days ago you didn't have to do that?

FYI: I moved the index.php file to my root.

Long story short is this possibe, this is what I'd want

www.dumontnjforum.com CMS Takes you to the CMS (front page) which is viewable by everyone. I guess you can log in here never noticed.

www.dumontnjforum.com/forums Takes you to forum where of course you can log-in or view as guest

www.dumontnjforum.com/blog Takes you to blog where of course you can log-in or view as guest
