Blog RSS Feed for Blog -- How to rebuild more often?
 

What controls when new blog entries are posted to the RSS Feed for the blog?

We have our newsletter to generate off of our rss feed for our blog. Things were posted at midnight, newsletter reads our RSS feeds at 4... but at 4 our feeds were not posted on the blog, and no newsletter was sent out. So we are looking at a 4+ hour difference from when something is posted to the time it's put into the RSS feed. We need to have them updated a lot faster than that.
