Before purchasing
I have some questions..

If I buy the license (the one of 135 Euro) Will I have it for always?
Can I download 3.8.x and lower?
What does vBulletin mean with ''CMS''?
I would like to have some discount,
Like 10% or what, then I am sure I will buy it.
