Blog Blog Tags and Recent entries.
 

For some reason when I click on "what's new?" and then "recent blog entries" or w/e it's not up todate its about 5 entries behind. How can I change it tp update all and with the past couple of days or something.

As for tags, is there a way to remove the privilege to use tags by users, they like to abuse them, and I would rather they were automatically generated.
