Almost time to purchase - Survey: Did you upgrade from 3.x or install a fresh 4.0.x?
 

My next payment from Adsense is due to hit my bank account within a week. Another quick week later the money should be in my PayPal account and I should be able to finally purchase vBulletin and begin the process to shed the mess of wordpress and phpbb3 from my site, and start to use some of the new CMS features, etc.

I've been following these forums for a little over a month now, checking out people's questions, answers, and opinions, and looking at the nice add-ons/mods for vbulletin that have come out since VB4 went gold. I see a distinct faction break between the people who are satisfied, the people who are upset, and the people who are waiting for more patches.

So my question for all of you is how you upgraded your site, and what your experience was like. I'm also tacking a simplified poll onto this post, but I'd really like to hear your stories before I make my final purchase.
