Forum User reply defaults to quick reply
 

How can I fix this issue? When a thread is posted and a user wants to reply to that thread, when the "post reply" button is clicked, the user is taken to the quick reply box instead of the normal (advanced) text box.

Is there a setting I can choose so that clicking post reply will default to the normal box and not the quick reply??
