I would like some help please
 

Hi, I just recently upgraded to version 3.8.4 Patch Level 2. I paid a guy to upgrade me to the 4.0 version, but he said it wasn't stable and to stay on this version.

My question are these:

1. How do I enable my readers to post a picture of themselve like you see most posters in various blogs.

2. I have the Cyber PayPal Donate system installed on my board. I just had someone make a donation of $100.00 towards my $500.00 goal. However, the goal target still says $500.00. Is there something that updates the goal amount that I might be missing? I believe this program was by VBulletin? OR do you know where/who could help me?

P.s. Does the new VB 4.0 come with this color scheme? Or could it be implemented on my version? if so, How? thanks,
