CMS Multipage Article - Pages List Options
 

When I create a multi-page article in the CMS, the pages are in a dropdown combo box. I would like one of these options:

1. Instead of combo box, can we change it to a CSS controlled list?
and/OR
2. Change the text "Pages:" behind the combo box to our liking (may be an option in languages/phrases).
