Database errors/possible hack!!
 

I hope someone here can please give me some advice. For a brief period of time today I got some sudden database errors....more than a 100. Looking at them:

mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
/home/thebull/public_html/forums/includes/class_core.php on line 311

I clicked on the Referrer link in the error shown above....On that forum I found almost all of my content of some of my forum!! How is this possible??
Can someone please tell me what this means!!??
