Forum vbulletin 4 bug header css issues
 

Okay i have coded a header to have navigation bars. I have done this with css and just like any other navigation bar. It works great on anything you click til you click settings or anything within the usercp.php page. It is not applying the CSS. I think it is not even reconizing that I have additional css in the template. I have added the custom code in the additional css template. Please let me know what you all think. If i have too i can give you access to this test board

the good one is the top. When you go to anything in settings you see issues.
