CMS Cannot set "Forum Sidebar and Block Options" to yes!!
 

In the ACP I cannot set the "Forum Sidebar and Block Options" to yes. I choose it then save and everything acts normally, but the option still set to No.

Please help... OR, if it's not related to a missing sidebar on my Front Page, help me fix that instead.
