Private Messages Folder Controls status bar
 

All my users are used to seeing the Folder Controls status bar in their My Messages area at the top of the screen where it's always visible. The new version (4.0) puts this status bar at the bottom of the list in the Inbox making it a chore to scroll to to see their message quota status. All would like to see it 'pinned' back at the top for both the Inbox and Sent Items views.
