New User Registration Information Form
 

Does anyone know of a mod/plugin that is an area for new users to provide information when they are registering. Kind've like a custom note area to provide any additonal information to admins upon their registration? Also, is there a mod / plugin that is more like an application to join rather than just the defaul vb registration?
