CMS Ability to set custom widths of sidebar
 

As an admin, I want to be able to set a custom width for the CMS Sidebar when I create a new grid so that I don't have to dig through stylevars. Everyone is going to want total customization of the CMS/Home page as users are not going to want their CMS/Homepage to look like everyone elses (beyond just changing colors/stock images).
