Forum How do I change forum category links and the bar color
 

How do I change the link text color (and hover color) for the categories on the home page. For example, on this sites forum home, there are: vBulletin Announcements, vBulletin Sales and Feedback, vBulletin 4, etc. Currently the text is white but I would like it to change to black for the normal link color and black with underline for the hover link color.

Also, where do I change the color of the bar itself?
