CMS Difference between "Save" and "Apply" for articles?
 

What's the proper use of each option when making articles?

I'd think Save just saves it without publishing, but Apply does the same thing anyway...

Also, is there a preview option where it could open the article you're making perhaps in a new window and you could see how it's coming along for public consumption?
